The 365 GT 2+2 was built for the sporting enthusiast with additional comfort, giving the quintessential 1960s vintage Ferrari experience with the last of the curvaceous Pininfarina-bodied grand tourers, powered by the final iteration of the Colombo V-12 two-cam engine.

This Queen Mary as they have been called by the industry were called that because the car is a big boat but it is the ideal driver, equipped with power windows, power steering and air conditioning. Red over what appears to be largely original Black leather upholstery; the cabin looks well preserved, showing a comfortable patina with original wood veneer, Blaupunkt radio, working lights, instruments and etched glass. The lacquer paintwork is older, but displays an honest and matured consistency throughout without any signs of underlying corrosion. The original color was silver. The fitted 365 motor (correct type but not matching) quickly revs to power and is extremely solid and by performance shows that it has had extensive work done to the internals but I do not have records of it. The car overall feels very solid and suitable for continued enjoyment.

Ferrari's 365 GT 2+2 is a gentleman's sports car with the pedigree to match. Timeless style and uncompromising performance, so common among Ferrari's classic Grand Touring cars is equally fitted for leisurely cruising or a serious 320-horsepower jaunt around the curves. Early V12 Ferrari's have become extremely collectible and highly sought after investments, and The Queen Mary of Ferrari's certainly commands a respectable entry into the league.
