Up for sale, 1987 AM General M1038 Humvee HMMWV

The American Light Military Utility Vehicle, commonly known as the Humvee, is a four-wheel drive military automobile made by AM General. It won the tender to replace the Jeep in the US Military job, beating other competitors such as the Cheetah and Lamborghini. The picture you see is of an AM General Humvee HMMWV built in 1987, which is currently up for sale.

If you're interested, here are the details. This 1987 Humvee comes with a winch that's just out of service. It has less than 26000 original miles and is in great condition with plenty of life left in it for years to come. The 6.2 GM 8-cylinder diesel engine runs great, and it has a 3-speed automatic transmission backed by a high and low transfer case. All functions, such as the heat and lights, work fine.
