American Sleeker, 1934 Chrysler AirFlow Sedan

The first American sleeker full-size car with streamlining concept applied to reduced air resistance purpose, but it was ultimately a huge commercial failure. Yes, this is about the Chrysler Airflow offered by Chrysler production from 1934 to 1937. As shown, an early Airflow released in 1934 had fully restored and has been one of the super rare classic cars today.

The first car ever made with an Aerodynamic concept? well-combination with beautiful styling into Chrysler Airflow like this 1934 example. This restored car is a mostly finished project and, it’s a two-door coupe body style.

Offered between 1934 and 1937, Chrysler built two and four-door Airflow body styles with a design that primarily emphasized the virtues of streamlining. The total Airflow production reached 26K units over its four-year run but it was ultimately regarded as a less successful venture.
