Very Original, 1980 Chevrolet MONZA

Very Original, 1980 Chevrolet MONZA For Sale

Found this one unique American sports car that was posted on Craigslist for $4995 located in North Hollywood, Los Angeles. As shown here is the final year of its model built by Chevrolet in 1980 well-known as the Monza, today is nearly 38 old still in very original condition, and in very good shape with actual 39K miles, it's looking for a new owner. Based on the Chevy Vega, the Monza was offered by Chevrolet as limited production.

This could be a remarkable example of a 1980 Chevy Monza that still runs and drives well today.

The appearance is great for its age in and out. No words about the mechanical issues, all looks great for the 38 old car, and the original interior shows well by photos. All materials look clean and have free of scars. The seats, steering wheel, a gear lever has a good shape and the dash appears to be free of cracks. Hoped all features, instruments, and panels are still in work properly as well.

Unfortunately, the engine bay wasn't presented in photos, so you should come for a closer inspection to find out how it looks off the 2.5-liter straight-four-cylinder engine is standard for this model.

Found this one being offered for sale by the owner on Craigslist for $17500 about two days ago in Scottsdale, Arizona. As shown here one of the rarest American muscle cars was offered by Pontiac only in 1977 known as The Can-Am, based on Pontiac LeMans, and was created to be a special edition with a lot of power embedded into him.

This is the second example of its kind ever posted here, Pontiac Can Am they are a rare beast that has a Pontiac 6.6L 400 engine backed by a Turbo 400 transmission, and very few of them can survive for 40 years like this one example. With 65600 miles on it, the body and interior all look great for their age and were present well in photos makes curious me to come closer inspection.

It could be a stunning example of its model that was still run today, and looking for a new home.

1980 Nissan Patrol G60

1980 Nissan Patrol G60

1980 Nissan Patrol G60 For Sale

There are only two Japanese all-terrain vehicles that are the most reliable and have had a great reputation in the world for decades, yes, you are familiar with the big names Land Cruiser or Patrol.

However, today we showing the Patrol, produced by Nissan Motors since the 50s, designed to compete with its traditional competitor Toyota Land Cruiser for domestic and worldwide markets. It's a second generation of the Nissan Patrol released in 1980, a pretty cool long-wheelbase called the G60 series, currently offered for sale by the owner on Craigslist for $24995 in Los Angeles, California.

It's a quite rare vehicle in the US, and the Patrol is not as large as the Land Cruiser population here. Offered by Nissan to worldwide markets from 1960 to 1970, and for the US from 1962 to 1969. Like the Land Cruiser, the Patrol was very popular in Australia, and believed their population was huge there. But the Patrol offered here is not made for export, it's one example of only being sold for the Japanese domestic market (JDM), currently being ready in the US but was imported directly from Japan to California.

In that period, Nissan Motors tried to present a toughness feeling inside and outside, like a workhorse. That contradictory concept to its modern Patrol, where luxury is considered a necessity. Most all-terrain vehicles of that period had interiors that appeared naked, unwrapped in entirety, and strong metal surrounding you inside, such as on the dash, door, and floor, all looked spartan, similar to a war vehicle style.

However not all interior angles are provided in photos, and hard to find imperfections from here, but we believe all have been touched by renovated, such as the steering and front seats are new, even not original parts.

It's not about rebuilding in total, only a well-maintenance engine with a lot of new parts just installed recently. Like a new car, all Looks so clean and neat without being disturbed by cable clutter. The engine bay is filled fully by a 4.0 L P I6 (gas) engine backed by a 4-speed manual transmission with part-time four-wheel drive, which makes this Patrol quite promising, moreover, only 65K figures are shown at a working properly odometer.

1923 Franklin 10B Sedan For Sale

This old car offered for sale on Craigslist is one example of the late production cars made by an American manufacturer Franklin Automobile Company. 1923 Franklin 10B Sedan recently fresh out of 35 years of storage.

Franklin was a luxury brand for the period, that sold about 150,000 cars over more than 30 years in existence. And this belief as one original example still exists today. An interesting candidate for an antique restoration project.
