1969 VW Type 3 Squareback For Sale

Here we found a 1969 VW Type 3 Squareback being offered for sale on craigslist, located in West Bend, Wisconsin. It's the third car model made by German automaker Volkswagen after Type 1, Type 2 well known as Type 3. All three are based on the same layout while retaining their engineering principles, namely rear-mounted, air-cooled, rear-wheel drive engines.

Following the success of Type 1 and Type 2, Type 3 was designed as an economical family compact car offered in the US market in the 60s with the monocoque body construction, automatic transmission or manual as the option, electronic fuel injection, and greater propulsion. As shown here is a 2-door station wagon known as the Squareback, released in 1969 and comes with standard specs powered by a fuel-injected and air-cooled 1.6L flat-four paired with a four-speed manual transaxle.

Found the first generation high performance of the Volkswagen automobile flagship in the 70s to 80s, well-known as the Scirocco MK1 is a 3-door 2+2 sport compact coupe. As you've seen here a VW Scirocco S released in 1981 has been swapped and upgraded with a younger 2.0L 16V engine, is said to run and drive great but not perfect and still has a few parts to adjust and rebuilt. Seems it has a lot of potential and looks promising, already posted on Craigslist about 17 hours ago for $3800 in Kent, WA.

This 1981 VW Scirocco S MK1 16V could be a perfect candidate to restore, not so far from the finish line the classic Scirocco project comes at an affordable price today.

Being offered for sale by the owner, a large family sedan produced by German manufacturer Volkswagen in the early 20th century for the US market. It's a special edition of the sixth generation Volkswagen Passat released in 2008 finished in a black 4-door sedan, well-known as the Wolfsburg edition fitted with a VR6 engine backed by automatic transmissions.

Very well-maintained car, and the appearance is so cool black on black, all black on the inside and out including the rims. Like a new car, has no words about mechanical issues, and has been driven about 102K Miles on it. Interesting, black Passat ready to go, that was posted on Craigslist about 13 days ago for $9300 in Chula Vista, California.

Here's one most collectible vehicle of the Volkswagen automobile, more than Beetle yes it about classic VW Bus, as shown here is 21 window model built in 1966 has been fully restoration. The bus was listed in Craigslist for $115000, all looks perfect and neat in Sea Blue and Cumulus White colors.

Given the six-digit numbers of the price, it reflects about restoration example at a high quality level, must be sold to seriously person who consciously know exactly what the money goes.

Unfortunately not was included engine photos, but the interior photo has better filing, walk-through, seven passenger seats all looks awesome. And the other photos are shown good too, such as the door trim panels, sunroof, clock, and radio it all greats. Not sure, there are awkwardness on the front side, see at left of a turn light, I hope it just a reflection of the surrounding environment come.

Already posted in Craigslist about 2 months ago, still online when we write here. As always a closer inspection needed for a good deals.
