Found this one nice example of the great Japanese compact cars made by Honda being for sale on Craigslist, is a rare find today, especially in its condition past nearly 30 years old. As shown here is the fourth generation of the Honda Civic released in 1989, the 2-door hatchback model reportedly runs and drives well with 126k original miles on it, located in Los Angeles, California looking for $1799.

This could be a great bone example as a base to restore, despite no background and detail written in full on its ad, but he never let down the owner as a daily car.

Even though you can't see it in detail, the photos have shown how the interior has been treated so far. Renovated needed, but Not so far from greatest, the interior shows quite a decent condition for its age. No rotten, crack, or hole seen from here, only a few small parts that have to be re-coated, especially the seats. .

This is one of the coolest engines ever made by Honda for the era, it's small, light, and very efficient in fuel consumption, blend by a carburetor easy to maintain, and has nice durability. Everything looks promising and well-maintained but it's not final to find out how tough the engine is. Coming closer to general inspection is a must.
