Detail by owner
1971 Land Rover Series IIA RHD 88".
Starts, runs, drives, stops and operates as it should. Has overdrive.

I spent $1k on new leaf springs and shocks since I have a bad back and the ride is a little rough. Never got them installed but full new suspension kit is included in sale.

It's a 4 cylinder, 4WD, with somewhere between 1 and 1,000,000 miles. It's been all over the world and still purrs like a kitten.

The soft top on it is not exactly perfect but it does the job. I acquired a hard top, hard door top halves and the rear hard top door. They haven't been cleaned up to match yet but they are included with the truck.

Only thing that I would say needs attention is the exhaust. Parts or full kit available online for about $200. I haven't bothered with it since there is NO SMOG REQUIRED. Currently CA registered with nearly a year remaining. Insurance is practically nothing through Hagerty.

I'm in Agua Dulce (Santa Clarita). Please email through CL reply button above.

Please keep in mind that the suspension is worth $1k, the overdrive is another $900 and the top $1k. You can confirm that yourself with a little googling or checking Ebay & Craigslist.

Comes with full size spare for mounting on hood and tow bar for front bumper (not pictured).

I'm not a dealer. Just a guy with too many cars and I need to downsize. I bought this one fair and I'm selling it fair at low retail from NADA value of $10,100. I will consider a reasonably close offer if it's going to a fellow enthusiast.
