Detail by owner
1991 VW MK2 GTi, it needs head rebuilt with new valve seals and registration paid for te last 3 years. Car won't pass smog legally. Originally a 16v, It has a vr6 swap from a 97 obd2 passat. Harness ran through frame rails to clean up bay. Resprayed bay black. Bought a new block and built it with innovative forged rods, stock pistons, totalseal rings, new chains and guides, all arp hardware, mk4 head gasket, high volume oil pump, 2.9 euro intake, ported head, 3 angle valve job, aluminum crack pipe, and drc 268 cams. No expenses spared, should hold 700+hp. All held in with Bfi stage 1 rear mount, stock front mount, and g60 trans mount. All smog deleted, no ps/ac, techtonics tuning 2.5 exhaust with resonator, united motorsports chip. Has short ram intake with open filter, new coil, new wires, Battery relocated to hatch. Mk3 vr tranny, stock weight flywheel, and stage 1 clutch. Upgraded brakes to g60's all around on koni coilovers. Vr front strut mounts, Stainless steel brake lines, Rear Eurosport strut bar. Clean interior with corrado cluster. Comfy recaros with no tears, rear headliner sags a little bit. Body has 3-4 tiny little dents on it, original black paint, only damage being by gas door (pictured), roof is slightly fading through, but that's expected for being 23 years old. G60 flares with cut front fenders. Rolled rears. Car runs good, has it's problems and is not perfect but a good example of what a well built vw is all about. Has holes for zender rear wing but I don't have that on, Motor has 3000 miles on it, chassis unknown.
