This a rare American classic car was offered by Edsel, clothed in a 4-door wagon body commonly known as the Edsel Villager built in 1959, is similar to the Edsel Ranger of that year, both are on the same base, such as the engine, drivetrain and cosmetics all is same except the body style.

The Edsel Villager was initially built on a 116 in wheelbase shared with Ford's station wagons, and, throughout its lifespan, shared Ford's wagons core body stampings. The Villager and the Ranger were the only two model names that existed throughout the Edsel's three-year life span as an automobile marque.
