Found this one rare American trucks that was made by REO Motor Car Company in Michigan, as shown here is the D19 known as a model of the Speedwagon series built in 1947 VIN: r12597 described as a perfect example to restored, powered by original 6 flatheads-engine with manual transmission reportedly runs condition but still needs fixing up and no interior.

Very less info and details but all look has a lot potential and promising in the photos, as long as no hidden issue, this could be a great of the American old truck today. Interested, you should come to closer inspection for the accurately condition. The truck being offered for sale in Craigslist looking for $5500 located in Hobart, Indiana.

Back in the postwar era around 50s, where the mostly of the American trucks fitted by a gas engine still as the flagship productions and popular than a diesel, one name has a greats reputation and has popular in American culture that was named the REO may some of you have been heard, if not ask to your grandfathers, they should know that name.

As shown here is REO Fire Truck it was a rare sight today, and this particular example of the Louisville fire department heritage. Even so, what was once the pride of the American truck industry can now be acquired for $4500, this particular 1953 model is in a deplorable condition, but is not actually losing him it still has original engine with 14K miles on it. This could a perfect start for a restomod – just imagine how nice to see the truck was back as the heyday.

Here is a rare American antique truck produced by REO Motor Car Company, as the picture is the REO Speedwagon that was released in 1948 it seems to have been restored, it is powered by original 6 cylinders gas-engine with original manual transmission looking for a new home.

The pics as confirmed, it looks so solid with the correct shape, no dent, and no rust mentioned. The interior looks okay, hope all instrument works well also. Its running engine seems a had mild restoration, only renewing some parts, such as ignition, wires, etc. not totally, for sure you must come out to see itself. Overall is an American antique truck that runs and drives in condition but not in a perfect appearance, but it's would be a great start for your restoration project. 1948 REO Speedwagon Truck ready to go, asking $7500 location in Sequim, Washington.
